No Manual Activation Required
If your mail server is temporarily not accepting emails, delivery will automatically failover to Webservio's Mail Bagging system where "working copies" of incoming messages will be sent to each user's Email Continuity account. This keeps you from losing emails due to internet outages, maintenance, hardware failures, or other unexpected problems with your mail system and allows your employees to continue to send/receive messages during primary mail server interruptions.
Email Protection Included
Webservio's Message Continuity service includes SpamWeeder Premium filtering to catch blatant spam and viruses. This reduces the amount of storage space required, since only legitimate messages are held and copied to the Email Continuity service. In addition, your mail server will not be flooded with spam when it comes back online. Management access is provided to adjust filtering controls and approved/blocked senders lists.

History Restored and Maintained
Webservio's Message Continuity service delivers the original held incoming messages and a copy of all outgoing messages to your primary mail server when it becomes available. Our exclusive mini-archive feature is optional with our VPS plans. This feature allows your employees to access email history from a predetermined time frame. This rolling email archive ensures your employees can reference email history so they have the information they need to continue working as usual.

Shared Email Continuity
Shared Email Continuity is an affordable option that works well for most small businesses. As the name suggests, the storage and processing capabilities of the Email Continuity server are shared with other Webservio clients, which could lead to slower load times during peak usage.

VPS Email Continuity offers better security, scalability, and customization compared to Shared Email Continuity. With these systems, you get a private section of both the Mail Bagging AND Email Continuity servers that have their own allotment of storage, memory, and other server resources.
