Webservio's mail
archiving solutions works by intercepting
the emails that are sent to your organization
before they reach you. These emails
are first subject to our anti-spam and
anti-virus filtering process which ensures
that only the clean emails are archived.
The archive is then accessible through
a web-based interface by authorized
users. This interface has extensive
search capabilities allowing the administrator
to search for specific emails based
on selected criteria.
By setting Webservio as the primary
MX record, you ensure that your organization's
emails are stored even if your mail
server has an outage. Therefore, the
mail archiving solution also acts as
an email disaster recovery solution
by storing the emails in a queue during
your mail server’s outage. Once
your server is back up, we release your
emails. This email queue can be viewed
by our web-based interface, giving you
the ability to view the real-time activity.
It also allows the system administrator
to search the emails in queue and be
able to flush them.
Our solution is a complete hosted solution
which thereby requires absolutely no
hardware investment at your facility.
All maintenance and upgrades are performed
by Webservio engineers, and our networks
